The new federation -- the first Filipino umbrella organization in Germany --- celebrated its formation through an Induction Ball held at the Panorama Hotel in Hamburg last 21 August 2010.

Frankfurt am Main, 20 August 2010 -  As the new head of the Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt am Main, Consul General Maria Cleofe R. Natividad on 20 August 2010 called on Mr. Karlheinz Bührmann, President of the City Parliament of Frankfurt am Main, who is in charge of matters relating to the consular corps.

Frankfurt am Main, 20 August 2010 - The “soft” opening of the new office of the Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, took place on 20 August 2010 in simple and solemn ceremonies attended by members of the Filipino community.

Juli 2010, alle ausländischen Staatsangehörigen, welche durch Südafrika reisen, im Besitz eines Transitvisums sein müssen. Die südafrikanische Regierung hat das Transitvisum für alle diejenigen visumspflichtigen Ausländer wiedereingeführt, welche Südafrika auf ihrer Reise in ein Nachbarland passieren.
