Filipino citizens who intend to apply for, or renew, their passports in Manila are advised of the following:

No appointment, no service

All applications are on an appointment basis.  All applicants are requested to set an appointment at

                                    www.passport.com.ph (by online log-in) or

                                    Tel. 737-1000 (by telephone)

and to come only on the appointed date and time.

Come ahead of time

Applicants are requested to be at OCA at least thirty (30) minutes before their appointed schedules to be assured of service.

No need to submit photograph

The applicant does not need to submit a photograph. The applicant’s photograph will be taken during the application process by biometric data capture machines. 

New passport fees / processing times

Passport fees are as follows:

         Regular processing (passport available in 20 days)       PHP      950.-

         Express processing (passport available in 10 days)       PHP   1,200.-

         Additional fee for lost passport                                             PHP      200.-
