Important Notice: Extension of Visa-Free Entry from 21 Days to 30 Days Print E-Mail

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 
EXTENSION OF VISA-FREE ENTRY FROM TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS TO THIRTY (30) DAYS 

Effective Thursday, 01 August 2013, German nationals and other foreign nationals from one hundred fifty one countries covered under Foreign Service Circular (FSC) No. 90-13 and Executive Order No. 408 are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a period of stay of thirty (30) days or less.  Nationals from these countries may enter the Philippines without a visa, provided these foreign nationals are holders of passports valid at least six (6) months beyond their contemplated stay, and hold tickets departing from the Philippines to their country of origin or another country of destination. 

In this regard, applicants are reminded that, in line with the Embassy’s no-refund policy, payments made by bank transfer for visa applications filed at the Philippine Embassy or to the Honorary Consulates before 01 August 2013 could not be refunded.  

The following is a listing of countries whose nationals are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days:

Foreign nationals who come from these countries, but are subjects of deportation/blacklist orders from the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines and the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, shall not be admitted to the Philippines.
