SEC’s Advisory on 3 Lending Institutions Print E-Mail

In view of the numerous inquiries from the OFWs received by the Enforcement and Prosecution Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) on the status of the three (3) lending companies namely: CACERES LENDING INVESTOR, GLOBAL MONEY UNLIMITED FUND AND CACERES GLOBAL FOUNDATION INCORPORATED, the Philippine Embassy in Berlin wishes to inform the Filipino community in Germany the herein Advisory issued by SEC. The three (3) entities are all allegedly engaged in unauthorized lending and investment-taking activities.

The SEC Advisory states that:

1) The registration of Caceres Lending Investor Co. (SEC Registration No.

A1999099295) has EXPIRED in 2009 and that it has no Certificate of Authority to Operate a Lending Company pursuant to the Lending Company Regulation Act (RA

9474);

2) Global Company Unlimited Inc. is not registered with the Commission;

3) Caceres Global Foundation Inc. is not registered with the Commission
